Background & culinary world

I was originally from Provence, a magnificent region to which I feel a profound attachment.

It is this wonderful cultural and culinary heritage that I have highlighted in my career, starting with my first restaurant in Sanary-sur-Mer, “Le Petit Écran,” where I served timeless cuisine rooted in Mediterranean traditions and flavors.

I then set off for Costa Rica, driven by a desire to travel and explore, where I created the capital’s first “Table d’hôtes,” a private French restaurant called “La Terrasse French Cuisine”—a true gastronomic destination in San José, ranked No. 1 to 3 on TripAdvisor from 2016 to 2022 (Certificate of Excellence).

I regularly work in partnership with the embassies of France, Switzerland, the United States, Peru, and Argentina, as well as the Costa Rican Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Legislative Assembly, and the UN. I became the official supplier of French cuisine to the European Union in 2019.
I have hosted Costa Rican President Luis Guillermo Solís Rivera and First Lady Mercedes Peñas Domingo (2017), Costa Rican Minister of Foreign Affairs Manuel González Sanz (2016), Japanese Ambassador Mamoru Shinohara (2017), French Ambassador Thierry Vankerk-Hoven (2017), Ambassador Pelayo Castro of the European Union Delegation to Costa Rica (2017), the Franco-Costa Rican Chamber of Commerce (CCI), Ambassador Philippe Vinogradoff, and many other social events.

Referenced in the French cuisine in various international magazines (Ego, Perfil, Sabores, Apetito), diplomatic publications, newspapers (Var Matin, La Dépêche, Le Sud-Ouest, Le Petit Bleu, Quidam Hebdo), on television cooking shows (Canal 9 Costa Rica, Costa Rica Vacations, Destino TV, BFM TV), and on various websites.

For the past four years, I have been based in Aquitaine as a private chef.
My cooking takes me to beautiful luxury homes, castles, and manor houses in the heart of Lot-et-Garonne, the Dordogne, and the Gironde, where I draw inspiration from these settings.

Blogger and Author:
My first book, *La Francophonie s’invite en cuisine*, was published in 2015, followed by several culinary magazines and my latest book, *Esencia*, which was nominated for the 2021 International Gourmand & Wine Awards.
