I graduated from the Marseille Hotel School, where I specialised in catering. Passionate about cooking from a very young age, I have always had a deep appreciation for exceptional ingredients.
Through my travels, particularly across Europe and Japan, I am constantly discovering new flavours and textures, which inspire me to enhance and showcase each ingredient.
Always eager to take on new challenges, I competed in the Meilleur Apprenti de France competition, where I was awarded both the regional and departmental gold medals.
I developed my skills alongside Chef Guillaume Sourrieu at L’Épuisette restaurant in Marseille, where I learned the importance of excellence, discipline and precision, but above all, the desire to constantly push myself further.
For more than eight years, I have been dedicated to my clients as a private chef and chef at home.
